TimeTool
TimeTool support
For help, email martin@kampmannstudio.com. Include your app version, device model, iOS or watchOS version, what you expected and what happened. Do not send passwords, payment card information or sensitive personal details.
Timer alerts
Check TimeTool’s notification permissions, sound and Focus settings on both devices. Check the System alarm, Sound and Vibration options in TimeTool Settings. System alarms require iOS 26 and permission; otherwise the app uses notifications. Start a short test timer with the phone locked. If an alert is missing or duplicated, report the settings and steps to reproduce it.
Apple Watch synchronisation
Install TimeTool on your paired iPhone and Apple Watch. iPhone timers can be followed and controlled on the Watch when connected. Timers started directly on the Watch remain on the Watch. If an iPhone timer is missing on the Watch, open both apps and check the connection. Report both app versions and the steps that led to the problem. Do not delete the apps as a first troubleshooting step: local data can be lost.
Free version 1.0
